I am at this store more than once a week, great selection of products to choose from. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in case I need a little help.
Edit: guy at the counter said this happens but would not exchange a defective product. I spent 25 bucks on an unusable product. I was told to contact the manufacturer. Dealr. I wouldn't buy Dealr or from this place ever again. I used to buy ounces here weekly. NEVER AGAIN. Contacted Dealr and they won't even consider a refund unless the product is unused with a receipt. So the saga to return my faulty product continues. I get that its pre rolls and I can smoke out of something else but thats not how the product i bought is supposed to work. All of this over a $20 product. Your competition down the street is going to enjoy the business.

People rave of this place. But a couple times I bought weed here it was low quality. Bought blue maui which has a high thc and it was dried up pretty fast and did nothing despite being infused small joint as well. Also I asked for indica not a sativa joint for a change since I already smoke sativa. Also it was packaged 4 months ago Indica it's been since I first started smoking weed but that's what I wanted. Go to flora, it packaged within two months and doesn't just burn up.

Give your in store managers better permissions when dealing with refunds. I should not have to wait for "someone to get to a pc" to press a button . -2 stars for this
