| Paid with my card, my bank account . Denied because of my name . Some of us come from a generation that was taught not to use legal names online. Give your in store managers better permissions when dealing with refunds. I should not have to wait for "someone to get to a pc" to press a button . -2 stars for this Big credit to your guy in store Kyle! Guys worth his weight in gold and the reason things stayed calm.
