This was my first and definitely my last visit to this store.
I went in specifically asking for CBD/THC mixed flower.
I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted flower, not pre-rolls. Despite that, the staff member ( woman middle aged, blond hair ) kept directing me toward pre-roll products. When I repeated that I wanted flower, she showed me four strains that were supposedly CBD/THC mixes. I chose one, expecting a normal bag of flower.
When I got home and opened it, I discovered that inside the bag was a box containing ten pre-rolls, not loose flower, which is exactly what I had asked for several times. That is simply not acceptable.
If you work in a specialty store, you should have a clear understanding of the products you are selling and make sure the customer receives exactly what they request. I feel completely misled and very disappointed. I paid significantly more for something I neither wanted nor asked for.
This experience felt unprofessional and careless. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience, and I will not be returning.
Still better deals across the street! you should take a look at your pricing compared to the rest of Vancouver and your way above most shops!
Why is there random stuff everywhere? So confusing, also some ounces are over a year old. Just go across the street.
Out out town visitor…Service was good, but sad to see stuff priced higher than the cannabis shop literally across the street.
This is a Carver-stan post!!!! I love love love love love your dog as a chihuahua-lover and dad!!! Thank you so much for the reccomendation cheese-wise (weed) xxo Riley, Cedar & Brody
I was there yesterday and purchased the dryest weed ever!! It's dryer than a desert! As they were having issues with some dogs in the store, I just trusted the person in charge who sold me this, I didn't check the date on the package. This package has been on the shelves since Nov 2024. Four months later!! It should have been removed from the shelves already! It wasn't cheap either. Seriously! If you expect to be tipped, then make sure you make your clients happy by removing dry products off of your shelves. And I know, I can rehydrate it by putting a cap with water in a closed environment, but it's something I really dislike doing. Why should that be my job? In other words, I made a mistake by going there, instead of returning to the other places I normally shop. Live and learn! Not going back to this place. A waste of my precious money.
Sincerely, an unhappy customer! You can make it up to me by swapping it for something fresher, but you won't! 🙄 Prove me wrong!
