| This was my first and definitely my last visit to this store. I went in specifically asking for CBD/THC mixed flower. I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted flower, not pre-rolls. Despite that, the staff member ( woman middle aged, blond hair ) kept directing me toward pre-roll products. When I repeated that I wanted flower, she showed me four strains that were supposedly CBD/THC mixes. I chose one, expecting a normal bag of flower. When I got home and opened it, I discovered that inside the bag was a box containing ten pre-rolls, not loose flower, which is exactly what I had asked for several times. That is simply not acceptable. If you work in a specialty store, you should have a clear understanding of the products you are selling and make sure the customer receives exactly what they request. I feel completely misled and very disappointed. I paid significantly more for something I neither wanted nor asked for. This experience felt unprofessional and careless. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience, and I will not be returning. | ||
