I've been to this UBC location multiple times, and most of the employees have been perfectly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this was the only staff member I've had a negative experience with.
When I arrived, the tall employee with a beard working that shift was not in the store, so I had to wait for him to return. After I asked about a product, he repeatedly told me they didn't have what I was looking for without properly checking. I had to ask several times for clarification and eventually ask him to show me the display himself. The product was actually there on display, and I ended up purchasing it.
Throughout the interaction, his attitude felt dismissive, unfriendly, and borderline aggressive, and it seemed clear he did not want to assist customers. I understand retail can be stressful, especially in a student area, but leaving the store unattended and being unwilling to properly help customers is not acceptable.
Came here three times across two different days served by Abby both times!! She was super helpful and knowledgeable highly recommend anyone shops at burn UBC the customer service is on point!!
Good service. Decent prices on most things 👌. Could use more varieties and merch/gear. Overall it was a good experience😎👽
Can you guys make an actual website? Ill swap it to 5 stars I swear... ight
All the staff is great but i don't really like the attitude of the Indian guy who work there !!!
