I visit this dispensary regularly, typically multiple times a week, and I've consistently had positive experiences with both the staff and overall vibe of the store. However, during my visit today, I had an interaction with an employee named Gavin that left me disappointed that i've never felt coming here before.
I completely understand and respect the importance of enforcing store policies and legal requirements, I'm all for enforcing policies. My concern was not with the policy itself, but rather with the way the situation was handled and communicated. After being denied, I accepted the decision politely and without issue, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
I value this dispensary and the positive experiences I've had here previously, which is why I felt it was important to share this feedback. I would simply encourage a greater emphasis on customer service and professionalism when communicating policies to customers with this employee specifically only.
Always nice employees but..... buyers beware, always check your packaging dates on all their products.
I bought a half ounce of MTL 91 Ox yesterday for almost $90 and as I was twisting off the lid I noticed the glue that holds the seal to the plastic jar was solid and crumbling and the whole air seal came off with the lid so it wasn't even protecting the flower.
I looked at the back of the jar and the packaging date was from October of last year (7 months ago).
The entire half ounce is dryer then desert sand.
I guess its a little my fault as I trusted there inventory control but from now on I won't. 😟🥹😟
Love the staff, I always feel welcome and enjoy shopping here. Convenient and great pricea, highly recommended!
If someone is still looking around on the floor and you have someone at the till ready to order, you think you would take care of him first.. but no. I have to wait while this guy looks at the glass while the guy at the till could be helping me.
The staff actually care. They notice you and remember you if you've been in a few times - they always seem to remember what you got last time as well. Always a joy walking in!
