So I don't often write reviews, however I feel compelled to give 5 stars to the whole team at Bohemian. They make buying product easy and they are all very knowledgeable. Special call out to Carly, Sheldon, Jess, and Anthony
It was one of the first stores I visited when I moved here . Anthony helped me, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Since I don't know much about these products, he explained everything to me clearly and simply. He's very friendly and energetic young man. Thanks to this, I've gone back several times and recommended him to my friends, since he's been the one who's helped me the most so far. Plus, whenever I bring my dog to the store, he's the first to greet him and give him a treat that's a huge plus for me since my dog is my companion. It's a pleasure to return to places where customer service matters.

I've been buying from the shop for sometime, but sadly no longer. Had a defective vape, happens occasionally and no big deal. However, brought it back with packaging and two batteries to show them It wasn't working. Also showed the 2nd vape I bought from them worked on both. Yet still had to go outside and prove to them it didn't work and wouldn't pull. Got gaslit the entire time (was told how difficult it is for them, must be my battery, and the fact is smoked a little after a 4 sec pull was apparently satisfactory product?) I don't really think that is the customer's problem nor any semblance of good service. Won't shop somewhere I can't trust to back up their products and customers.
