| I've been buying from the shop for sometime, but sadly no longer. Had a defective vape, happens occasionally and no big deal. However, brought it back with packaging and two batteries to show them It wasn't working. Also showed the 2nd vape I bought from them worked on both. Yet still had to go outside and prove to them it didn't work and wouldn't pull. Got gaslit the entire time (was told how difficult it is for them, must be my battery, and the fact is smoked a little after a 4 sec pull was apparently satisfactory product?) I don't really think that is the customer's problem nor any semblance of good service. Won't shop somewhere I can't trust to back up their products and customers. | ||
