Absolutely horrible business. Ordered online for pick up. Called, no person answering. Showed up, the business isn't even open? Like what the heck? Why are you allowing orders online then? And your phone number says closed from dec1-15? This needs to be updated. Get your shit together and stop inconveniencing people. Awful.
I ordered some stuff for delivery, to which the funds came immediately out of my account. It says delivery is within two hours. 2 hours came around, and then 2 1/2. So I called the business, to which it put me through to voicemail and their voicemail said they are closed for delivery from December 1-December 15. It was after new years. I called three times with no answer, so I figured they probably do deliveries at 7pm when they close deliveries for the evening. I placed my order at 2pm. I get a phone call at 5pm, stating that they closed deliveries THE PREVIOUS DAY! However, deliveries were still coming through and I was not the only one. I asked how could that happen, they said "I don't know." They then said it also could take 14 days for a refund. I had spent my last little bit of what was in my account and it was a blizzard outside. I am still awaiting my refund, and this happened 6 days ago. This was my first time ALMOST using this service, and will SURELY be the last. I have spread the word to my friends and family as well. Absolutely terrible.
Thanks for closing your store and not listing anything online so I could drive out of my way just to discover you're not open even though it states you are on google
I had a great experience with the girl today, she was such a vibe. Very helpful with my questions and sent me home with everything I needed! I will be back!
Im under the impression that employees make their own prices up on the go. This is the second time at this location where prices do not reflect prices online, nor what the sticker prices say.
As a new store, I would definitely make sure everything matches.
