| I ordered some stuff for delivery, to which the funds came immediately out of my account. It says delivery is within two hours. 2 hours came around, and then 2 1/2. So I called the business, to which it put me through to voicemail and their voicemail said they are closed for delivery from December 1-December 15. It was after new years. I called three times with no answer, so I figured they probably do deliveries at 7pm when they close deliveries for the evening. I placed my order at 2pm. I get a phone call at 5pm, stating that they closed deliveries THE PREVIOUS DAY! However, deliveries were still coming through and I was not the only one. I asked how could that happen, they said "I don't know." They then said it also could take 14 days for a refund. I had spent my last little bit of what was in my account and it was a blizzard outside. I am still awaiting my refund, and this happened 6 days ago. This was my first time ALMOST using this service, and will SURELY be the last. I have spread the word to my friends and family as well. Absolutely terrible. | ||
