I used to visit this store when it was Ciao and never had any issues. Now everytime I have visited the store a lot of the items that are on the menu are not even in stock, yet they never remove it from the menu. The staff even mentioned it's a glitch with the new system but it's been weeks of the same products on the website that they do not have. I made an online order and once again the flower I picked was not in stock yet nobody could contact me to tell me that it wasn't available before I wasted my time traveling all the way there. The customer service used to be good and the selection was proper but if the menu doesn't actually reflect what you have what's the point? ALSO the guys who work there tend to be personable even when I bring up complaints or ask questions but the girl who works there is very rude and it's clear they get very high on the job.

Nestled under an apartment complex, l was immediately drawn to the bright orange modern exterior of Ciao Canna while I was making a grocery run in the area. Out of curiosity, I decided to drop in and check it out. To my delight, they have a week long Black Friday sale and I was also ecstatic when I discovered about additional discounts during their 420 special, which happens everyday with select items discounted from 4:20pm to 6:20pm. As I scoped out the wide range of products on display, I
asked a ton of questions before deciding what to buy. The staff attended to me personally and answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout the entire process. I decided on trying one of the more popular strains like the Celebrity Raptor Rntz, grabbed a bag of strawberry mango soft chews and also tried the blood orange yuzu and vanilla sparkling juice which I thought was very delicious and refreshing. Overall the products were top notch and ill unquestionably be a returning customer. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends!
