| I used to visit this store when it was Ciao and never had any issues. Now everytime I have visited the store a lot of the items that are on the menu are not even in stock, yet they never remove it from the menu. The staff even mentioned it's a glitch with the new system but it's been weeks of the same products on the website that they do not have. I made an online order and once again the flower I picked was not in stock yet nobody could contact me to tell me that it wasn't available before I wasted my time traveling all the way there. The customer service used to be good and the selection was proper but if the menu doesn't actually reflect what you have what's the point? ALSO the guys who work there tend to be personable even when I bring up complaints or ask questions but the girl who works there is very rude and it's clear they get very high on the job. | ||

| Haven't visited the store in person but placed an online order for delivery. I wasn't sure if the THC on the website would match the products since I never do online purchases but I was very happy to see everything I ordered reflected accurately on the product the same as on the website. The delivery person was friendly and delivered with a smile, I also like that they have multiple delivery timeframes so you can get your goodies very conveniently. I thought it was cool how they include a little flyer of what is new and hot on the market with information about different products, never seen that before anywhere else and I appreciated that it was actually good products advertised and not just slow selling bunk being pushed. Whenever I call with questions they are always good to assist me and their prices are very good, especially compared to other locations and companies. I will definitely be ordering again and hopefully come visit in person. | ||
