The way the staff member spoke to my wife is absolutely disgusting. Will be going in to make sure this is dealt with.
I hope the owner reads this, Tuesday may 12 in the evening, treats woman like trash. Speaks to them terribly. Hope he's in when I come in :)
The service is efficient and great prices! I have been happy with the company for over a year now.
Really disappointed. The bud I was sold was from 2023—almost 4 years old—and it shows. It's completely brown, dry, and has lost all its colour and moisture.
At that point, terpene content is basically gone, which kills the smell, flavour, and overall experience. On top of that, THC degrades over time (into CBN), so potency drops significantly. Honestly, I barely felt anything.
I get trying to move older inventory, but this shouldn't be sold as usable product. Even at a discount, this felt like a rip-off - filing this is a loss on your taxes for the year is better than losing a customer who lives across the road and could shop with you for years. 😓
Also a separate note please know that this is specifically about product selection, availability, and transparency. I've always received good service at the business. But don't be a con and rip me off. Another area of feedback since I've decided to leave this review is the store does have a type of cat pee smell possibly from a tenant upstairs and it has contributed to shorter visits from me as it's hard to breathe.

Immanuel is absolutely lovely, definitely my preferred spot for peace of mind and quality selection.
