| Such a fantastic addition to the Wellington Market! The kiosk is sleek, modern, and super eye-catching, and the whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Huge shoutout to Tristian, Leo, Marin, Joel, and Kassandra for always being so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — you can tell they really care about the customer experience. The vibes are always amazing every time I stop by! They're a little tricky to find at first inside the market, but honestly it's become my favourite shop, so I even decided to make a little video to help other people find them more easily because it's absolutely worth the visit. Perfect mix of great service, great energy, and an overall awesome experience every time! Thanks Tristian and team! ❤️ | ||

| Really disappointed. The bud I was sold was from 2023—almost 4 years old—and it shows. It's completely brown, dry, and has lost all its colour and moisture. At that point, terpene content is basically gone, which kills the smell, flavour, and overall experience. On top of that, THC degrades over time (into CBN), so potency drops significantly. Honestly, I barely felt anything. I get trying to move older inventory, but this shouldn't be sold as usable product. Even at a discount, this felt like a rip-off - filing this is a loss on your taxes for the year is better than losing a customer who lives across the road and could shop with you for years. 😓 Also a separate note please know that this is specifically about product selection, availability, and transparency. I've always received good service at the business. But don't be a con and rip me off. Another area of feedback since I've decided to leave this review is the store does have a type of cat pee smell possibly from a tenant upstairs and it has contributed to shorter visits from me as it's hard to breathe. **** Updating from 2 stars to 1 due to lack of response or apology. Really sad with this experience. | ||

| I recently visited true north and had an amazing experience! all staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through their extensive selection of products. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with their variety of strains and edibles. | I absolutely love this cannabis dispensary! VERY LOW PRICES! The staff and is knowledgeable and friendly, the shop is well run and the most of the high end products are always top-notch. One of the things I really appreciate about this dispensary is how closely they follow the rules and regulations, which actually makes me feel even more safe and secure shopping here. I didn't smoke in grey market days so I really appreciate this. I've never had a bad experience they check my ID and always leave feeling satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for high-quality cannabis products and a safe, regulated shopping experience. If you need low cost items they are also probably the best headshop in town. Five stars all the way! | ||

| I am extremely disappointed with this cannabis dispensary. I visited 3 times in the last 6 months. The staff here is more interested in gossiping and trash talking than educating the public about legal cannabis. I had high hopes for this place hoped to make more cannabis friends in the north; but it turned out to be the worst dispensary I've ever been to. The customer service was terrible and the products were over 6 months old and dry making it mediocre at best. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for quality cannabis and a helpful staff. Save MONEY and your yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. One star is too generous for this place. Cannabis has always been about community not tearing each other down. | ||
