SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT OUR PROVINCE! Atlantic Cultivation and Oceanic Relief are built in this province and help support our economy much more than Ontario's Tokyo Smoke!
Unfortunately I can not put a review below a one. With your response it shows the lack of detail. This then does make me question why are id's asked for if the details aren't actually being looked at. Seeing I've visited all the Tokyo Smoke stores across the province many times it is quite funny. One lost customer especially after receiving a province wide ban.
Horrible service. Also remember, this company isn't local like other cannabis retails in the province. Support local. THC on kenmount hands down a much better store
Love the store and the staff. They are very helpfull. 4 stars because the website offers membership but its not available in NL.
Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. My go to spot!
Ive been going there everyday for past 3 years plus. Product is good, prices are great most staff are exceptional. But every time I get this one particular staff member he is very rude and acts like he is too good to even speak to you. Rude and ignorant to say the least. Considering stop going there because of this 1 certain staff member. Store owner is great to deal with plus most of staff. Maybe you guys should look into getting this member some personality skills and customer service training. 3 star would be a five star if it wasn't for this staff member. Cheers :)
Not sure how she spells her name Kasey or Casey but either way amazing service. I had an idea of what I wanted and needed and she went above and beyond. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience, would highly recommend.
