| The absolute best customer service I have ever encountered. I had issues with a vaporizer that I had just purchased. I contacted customer service, within no time I had a reply. Once all my information sent over I was offered an upgrade on my purchase. A new product was shipped out and I am absolute blown away with the support and quality of the new vaporizer.
