I have been a loyal customer for years and I have started to shop elsewhere for a few reasons....
1) the product selection has been TERRIBLE and low stock
2) I have pages and pages of purchases however, a majority of my points are missing and this can be traced to your former employee whom stole my points and I am being made to figure this mess out myself and bring that to the store.
I WILL NOT search through ALL my bank records to try and reconcile this. Very VERY poor customer service and customer retention from a management perspective.
The counter staff is GREAT don't get me wrong...they keep the place going.
Sadly, I will have to take my business to a competitor.
Worse place ever to go rude staff that can't do there own job and get upset never again will.me and my friend go there again
Bad service online,they don't let u know your order is ready.when I call they hung on me to.no longer a customer
I come here for the same thing every single time. I was yelled at by large lady with pimples on her chin making my purchase choice for me. I was told every product is hybrid and items are only labeled for "customers" like me. What i like is what i like. Did not enjoy my shopping experience.
What an excellent store.
It's gorgeous & so clean inside.
Everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable!
I got exactly what I wanted and more.
I can't wait to come back next time.

...I've been in 2 more times since this review and need to thank your staff, because they are approachable and really make sure you know what's available without it feeling forced.
I keep telling the one guy we're friends because we have similar taste😆
