| I have been a loyal customer for years and I have started to shop elsewhere for a few reasons.... 1) the product selection has been TERRIBLE and low stock 2) I have pages and pages of purchases however, a majority of my points are missing and this can be traced to your former employee whom stole my points and I am being made to figure this mess out myself and bring that to the store. I WILL NOT search through ALL my bank records to try and reconcile this. Very VERY poor customer service and customer retention from a management perspective. The counter staff is GREAT don't get me wrong...they keep the place going. Sadly, I will have to take my business to a competitor. | ||
