Always a joy! The staff are so pleasant and informative. They have really good deals too. The popcorn and water is a lovely added touch as well.
Purchased a vape and cartridges. 2nd cartridge leaked and went throught the vape breaking it and seizing all the buttons. Went back in and told me I was on my own. Never shop here again.
I have been coming to this specific place eversince they opened. Met quite a bit of cool CSR - Customer Service Reps. Some were revolving doors and a few loyal ones are still there like BRANDON and MATT. My 2 boyz.
They're like family. Never had any problems. God bless us all boyz and girls. Amen.

I am disappointed by the response from Pop's Cannabis. It does not acknowledge the accessibility and health safety concerns described in my review. Instead of addressing the lack of accommodation after I disclosed a disability the response appears to be a generic message that does not reflect the situation at all.
This experience involved being pressured to sign despite explaining that I physically could not and being dismissed after raising a legitimate health risk. That deserves to be taken seriously.
I have been getting my medication from this location since it opened and I have ordered delivery many times. I have never once been required to sign for a delivery.
I have multiple sclerosis and my hands do not function reliably so signing is often not possible for me.
During my cannabis delivery today I was told I had to sign even after explaining that this had never been required before and that I physically could not do so. I was told to point my finger and sign anyway. I ended up having to use my knuckle to swipe on the driver's phone.
I also explained that touching phones is a serious concern for me because germs can make me very ill or potentially be life threatening. At that point the driver dismissed the conversation by saying have a good day and walked away while I was still trying to explain.
Reasonable accommodations such as marking unable to sign are commonly used for people with disabilities. Ignoring a disclosed disability and pushing someone to comply ..
I've been coming here for over 6 months. Incredible service. Very nice and helpful people. Any questions they will help without judgement.
