I've been coming to this Pop's location for a while now, probably around 25 visits, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience.
The employee working on July 9, 2026 was not friendly at all. I barely got a greeting when I walked in, and after that it was just silence. There was no "What are you looking for today?" or any attempt to make the interaction feel welcoming.
When I went to pay, he rang everything through without asking if I was a member to collect points. I had to stop him and ask to add my phone number. He quietly took my number, fixed it, and came across like he had an attitude the whole time.
I don't expect employees to have long conversations with every customer, but I do expect basic customer service. A simple greeting, asking about the rewards program, and being polite goes a long way. Before I left, I told him that if he's going to work in customer service, he should work on his attitude.
I'll definitely be back because every other visit has been great. I'm only leaving this review because this experience was so different from what I've come to expect from this location, and I hope management addresses it.
One star for one employee alone. The tall chick who always wears the bucket hat, she's been super curt before to other customers and myself, today I went into the store and she was sitting in front of the door having a smoke and talking on the phone and I went to go in and she hissed at me to stop and signalled to wait until she was off the phone. Do you guys want customers or is that not a priority?
Edit: went to the bank the other day and witnessed this very thing happening to a different customer. Obviously you did not take it seriously and said nothing to this employee.

If it wasn't for her I would shop somewhere else. She did a price match for me, she knows how to do business.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pops Cannabis! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to help without being pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and gave great recommendations.
The store itself is clean, well organized, and has a really chill, relaxed vibe. You can tell they care about quality everything is top notch, and the selection is impressive.
What stood out the most was the customer service. Friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's not just a shop, it's an experience.
Highly recommend Pops Cannabis to anyone looking for quality products and great service. I'll definitely be coming back!
