Visited for the first time on account of a product they had that no one else did. Store is gorgeous, the staff member was great. Would definitely recommend again to others.
I've been going here for years with my wife. The whole staff knows us. Today my wife was told to leave the property because she was asked for ID and the lady wouldn't accept a picture of it. The lady was extremely rude to my wife, threatened to call security. This is making me reconsider if I'll come back. You guys are generally awesome but this lady today was extremely rude.
I understand there's rules and saying they can't accept photo's of ID is fine but the telling my wife to leave the store or she'll call security on her is very uninviting.
I take a great majority of this back. They did reply to my review. After some time, I decided I'd make the call to them to talk about it. Maddie/Maddy has always been great and super supportive of my inquiries. She was quick to identify the problem, let me know this was not their business policy, assure me the employee is no longer working there AND offered a discount during my next purchsse. I have to admit, the discount wasn't necessary, but made me feel heard and super appreicated as a customer.

Your staff's attitude resulted in me turning the other way before I was even on the property, lmfao 👏👏👏 (I was declined an answer to a question that, to me, likely would've resulted in a purchase had it been answered with care and an eagerness to help. I was not declined the sale of a product, kicked out, etc. I made the choice to drive away because of the answers I received by phone.)
My favorite dispensary recently began the process of an unpredicted relocation and it seems like that process is taking longer than ideal. My other dispensary of choice has very limited comparibles. Instead of travelling 6 hours to and back from my favorite dispensary's only other location, I decided to browse local stock around town. I was driving around Port and came accross Inspired via my car's GPS and figured they'd be worth a shot calling.
All I wanted to know was if she could tell me "if (they) had any other 20-packs of pre-rolled indica joints, except Big Red?" The girl ..
The service is always great and I have an amazing discount program that you earn points in order to get money off of your order!
Very friendly, approachable staff. Also, very knowledgeable about their products.
