| I've been going here for years with my wife. The whole staff knows us. Today my wife was told to leave the property because she was asked for ID and the lady wouldn't accept a picture of it. The lady was extremely rude to my wife, threatened to call security. This is making me reconsider if I'll come back. You guys are generally awesome but this lady today was extremely rude. I understand there's rules and saying they can't accept photo's of ID is fine but the telling my wife to leave the store or she'll call security on her is very uninviting. | ||

| I usually shop at the Welland location but came here since I was nearby. The selection here is terrible. I asked for 3 different products that I saw online and they didn't have any of them. The worker didn't seem to care or offer any advice on what to get, really seemed like she didn't want to be there. Lastly they don't combine points from different locations, I found this odd and won't be back to this location. The Welland location is way better run. | ||
