I've been coming here for a few months, I've had a great experience every-time until today. I bought a disposable dab pen, and once I left the store I tried it and it did not work, it would light up but no smoke would come out. I would call that broken in my opinion. I brought it back with the package and receipt, I asked for an exchange, not a full refund. The employee made me go outside and show him it wasn't working, so I did, no smoke, nothing coming out. Then they said "we can't do anything because it's working, just not the way you want it to" The pen was broken!!! It wasn't working!! They lost a loyal customer. And I will be sharing this information with my friends, just to make sure they don't have to deal with this situation like me.
It has advertising all over the outside of the store for 1 dollar pre rolls.
And you are only allowed one a day ???? Huh ?? clearly that's false advertising.
The only reason we went into this place today because it said one dollar pre rolls , and you're only allowed one and it was a .5
kinda ridiculous and a waste of time
