| I've been coming here for a few months, I've had a great experience every-time until today. I bought a disposable dab pen, and once I left the store I tried it and it did not work, it would light up but no smoke would come out. I would call that broken in my opinion. I brought it back with the package and receipt, I asked for an exchange, not a full refund. The employee made me go outside and show him it wasn't working, so I did, no smoke, nothing coming out. Then they said "we can't do anything because it's working, just not the way you want it to" The pen was broken!!! It wasn't working!! They lost a loyal customer. And I will be sharing this information with my friends, just to make sure they don't have to deal with this situation like me. | ||
