Avoid Delivery – Terrible Customer Service If An Issue Occurs
I've ordered from this location a couple of times before and it was okay, but their delivery customer service is an absolute nightmare if something goes wrong.
I received a completely defective product via delivery, the entire port of the vape was caked up with product inside the rubber stopper (none on the stopper itself, though). The moment I called, the employee's tone was immediately defensive, stating, "Well, your package was sealed," to completely dismiss the issue. They told me they would contact the delivery service and call me back. I sat around waiting for 40 minutes, was completely ghosted, and had to call them back myself. Only then did they check with a manager, who stated I had to physically travel down to the store during a thunderstorm with my receipt and product to get a refund—completely defeating the purpose of ordering delivery.
In the store, the employee shook her head as she openly struggled to process a return to my card, and tried to force me to take cash instead - which to my knowledge is not the legal way despite the rep citing legalities to avoid customer service.
When I spoke up firmly about how unprofessional and dismissive this process was, she tried to gaslight me by falsely claiming I was "yelling" at her in front of customers. Giselle is the best worker I've come across. Very easy to work with, has great recommendations, and is overall very informative and friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Apologies I don't know their names but they are all characters in their own right and I love visiting this store, I've had great recommendations, service and walk out there happy every time. Great prices, 10/10 service and points to be earned.

Had a great experience in this lovely smaller size shop, a friendly and very informative young lady Named Giselle answered all my questions and I was a happy camper. I always go back cause she always introduces me to new things to try which I like, nice friendly spot.
All the reps are so sweet and knowledgable. Shai notably helped me match with strains for both focus work and relaxation. There's a plethora of info to digest in the cannabis world but this location makes it very approachable.
