| Avoid Delivery – Terrible Customer Service If An Issue Occurs I've ordered from this location a couple of times before and it was okay, but their delivery customer service is an absolute nightmare if something goes wrong. I received a completely defective product via delivery, the entire port of the vape was caked up with product inside the rubber stopper (none on the stopper itself, though). The moment I called, the employee's tone was immediately defensive, stating, "Well, your package was sealed," to completely dismiss the issue. They told me they would contact the delivery service and call me back. I sat around waiting for 40 minutes, was completely ghosted, and had to call them back myself. Only then did they check with a manager, who stated I had to physically travel down to the store during a thunderstorm with my receipt and product to get a refund—completely defeating the purpose of ordering delivery. In the store, the employee shook her head as she openly struggled to process a return to my card, and tried to force me to take cash instead - which to my knowledge is not the legal way despite the rep citing legalities to avoid customer service. When I spoke up firmly about how unprofessional and dismissive this process was, she tried to gaslight me by falsely claiming I was "yelling" at her in front of customers. | I shop a lot at similar establishments, even other ones, and they have top-tier customer service. Every staff I encounter is helpful and goes above and beyond. They order brands, items, and products I prefer without me even asking. If there's an issue, they always look for solutions. They have great knowledge and don't hesitate to share insights or recommendations. It isn't often I get to shop somewhere and genuinely learn from the staff, plus receive amazing customer service consistently. Thank you for coming to the neighborhood! I appreciate you all 🙌🏾 | ||
