Got a couple great vape batteries for a reasonable price, an upgrade from what I had before. Good customer service.
Bought a vape cartridge and it was leaking. I brought it back the next day and they refused to do an exchange because it was on sale when I bought it. They said I would have to pay the difference. I refused and had to argue to get a cash refund for the defective product. I will never spend 1 cent in this store ever again. Horrible customer service.
Edit - It's not up to the customer to know and explain YOUR return/exchange policy to YOUR staff. I don't care if you gave me a FREE vape. I will NEVER step foot in any farmer jane cannabis store again. Tell your staff they lost a customer for life because they don't know how to deal with defective products. Thanks, but no thanks.
Best weed shop in the city! Great selection and excellent customer service. Mike is so friendly, attentive and always a joy to interact with!
What a great shop! I was served by Mike, this guy gets it! They were running a local producers month, they had lots of cool options for local growers. I'll be back!
I came in literally two minutes ago. I talked to a gentleman. It said sold by NF He is not very smart. Say the least. I asked him if he could do price check. I showed him that I get it at camera cabana for 3131 for a back 40 peach lemonade disposable I asked him if he could do a price match and he said oh yeah for sure and then he proceeds to charge me regular price and not price match at all great guy I will not be coming to This farmer Jane location again because workers seem brain dead 😒😑
