| Bought a vape cartridge and it was leaking. I brought it back the next day and they refused to do an exchange because it was on sale when I bought it. They said I would have to pay the difference. I refused and had to argue to get a cash refund for the defective product. I will never spend 1 cent in this store ever again. Horrible customer service. Edit - It's not up to the customer to know and explain YOUR return/exchange policy to YOUR staff. I don't care if you gave me a FREE vape. I will NEVER step foot in any farmer jane cannabis store again. Tell your staff they lost a customer for life because they don't know how to deal with defective products. Thanks, but no thanks. | ||
