The lady I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and straightforward.
I was also really impressed with the store itself. The layout is clean and well organized, and the products are clearly visible and easy to browse, which makes a big difference compared with some other shops.
Great customer service, a well-designed store, and a very positive experience overall. I'll definitely be back.
Great that they deliver so late. Had exactly the items I wanted. Driver Pankaj was super friendly with great service.
The attached photo has nothing to do with anything. My cat is just really cute and I wanna share.
The women's name was Tori who works for Dank, she was much faster delivering my order then I thought she would be. She was very friendly.
Very polite, professional, friendly and quick. My delivery driver was Harman. He was very friendly and polite when he handed me my order. He also did not ring my doorbell which I really appreciate because I have dogs and didn't want them getting riled up. Very happy with the service here. Would definitely recommend
Pankaj handled my delivery. He was rad! So nice and smooth delivery - and he even wished me a great week. Seemed really quick and efficient. Online selection and pricing was great. Will order for delivery again.
