Nice, clean, dispensary. Friendly staff. I always get what I need here within my budget.
Can someone explain to me why an ounce of Eastcann Gas Monkey is $129.00-$139.99 + tax in GTA but is $183.00 + tax in this store? Price gouging.Absolutely ridiculous.
My husband and I have been going to Casa Bliss for a few years now, have never had any issues. We spend $100+ each visit.
2-3 days before Christmas (this past year) I went in and bough a RAW grinder for about $50. (This is supposed to be a lifetime Grinder). We used the grinder for approx 1 month before it would not close properly, something with the threading? I did not get a receipt however the purchase was put under my Husbands account.
Husband returned Jan 22nd and was given a replacement, no questions asked.
A few weeks pass, and the EXACT SAME ISSUE. Grinder won't close properly ??
Husband brings it back today; and the Owner did not offer to replace it this time. He proceeds to blame us, saying we "over thread it" ?
It's a lifetime grinder that we've had for 1 month. We're not THAT heavy of smokers lol.
The owner then takes out a large roll of bills and hands my husband $30 ?
Not very professional and will be taking our business elsewhere.
(I have reached out to RAW themselves but haven't heard and don't expect to hear anything back)
Great place with super friendly staff. Awesome that they carry my favourites from 1SPLIFF!
