I love my neighbourhood Canna Cabana!
I can always count on them to have everything I need.
They also have a wonderful and professional staff!
Joseph is always such a pleasure and I recently had Hannah help me out!
Joseph is awesome! They are always my go to budtender when I'm at this location. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and always make it a great visit! Not to mention they have 10/10 recommendations when you want to try something new! I recommend going to the Canna specifically for them!
11/10 recommend coming here! Joseph was an amazing help and hit the mark tenfold! He's knowledgeable, kind, and efficient with his service and makes you feel like he actually wants to help you, rather than just being paid to do so.
I accidentally purchased a 6" bong for pickup at the wrong location, it was sent this store, chatted online to change locations to the closet store but they couldnt
. came to the store and it was a much better place than the one that I was at the staff is friendly everybody was cool they had a huge selection and carried screens which my other store didn't. But after reading Jake L's review I highly recommended reading my review on the Southwood location a few minutes north. I think this company is a joke they hide behind a distribution company that doesn't have a customer service this is just a terrible setup you got to buy a membership and what a waste of time and waste of money. I do not care how friendly your staff is I care about what you're going to do when things go wrong! everything is a joke and then when you finally get your membership and you buy something it breaks and nobody will do anything about it.
