Gift shopping - to the staff member working today, she deserves recognition for extensive knowledge on the products and stock. Always very easygoing to deal with and really makes the overall experience worth the trip. She has brunette hair, alternative style (I'm bad with names).
Has gone down hill. Every time i go. I look up product before i head to the store and they never have it. This has become the normal. Since the program started for the poit the prices have gotten high. Canna cabana is cheaper.
I wanted to take a moment to recognise one of your employees at Value Buds, RIVER BEND, who consistently provides exceptional customer service, Dana!! Every time my husband and I come in, she goes above and beyond to help us. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly relatable, which makes the whole experience comfortable and welcoming.
It's rare to encounter someone who clearly cares this much about the customers. She always takes the time to answer questions, offer helpful suggestions, and makes us feel genuinely valued as customers.
Employees like her make a huge difference and are a big reason we keep coming back. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves because her service is outstanding and she represents your business incredibly well.
They have price matched multiple times for me for lower competitor prices like cana cabana and have always matched the member price as member at cana is just a phone number ( not the elite price) and never had an issue but the guy working today was quick to say he wouldn't match the price of the member price which again isnt something you pay for at cana like the elite but thanks to cana cabana in ogden ill never have to return here ! 😊 also highly recommend anyone else go check out cana in ogden as just singing up with your phone number the prices are usually 10$ cheaper than value buds !
This is my favourite location. They have a lot of options here from drinks and edibles to loose bud and pre rolls. They have a very large selection of everything! The prices are fair and they have a recycling program for discounts! It's worth it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. All the products are well displayed and prices clearly marked so if youre not into conversation, you could still navigate and pirchase what you desire. There is a large parking lot with a couple of handicapped stalls.
