| I wanted to take a moment to recognise one of your employees at Value Buds, RIVER BEND, who consistently provides exceptional customer service, Dana!! Every time my husband and I come in, she goes above and beyond to help us. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly relatable, which makes the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. It's rare to encounter someone who clearly cares this much about the customers. She always takes the time to answer questions, offer helpful suggestions, and makes us feel genuinely valued as customers. Employees like her make a huge difference and are a big reason we keep coming back.
