Okay, everytime I stop in, I am warmly greeted by "Smiles". She's a huge ray of sunshine whenever I stop in. Friendly, knowledgeable, and the warmest greeting I've had in all of Stratford. The service she provides makes me excited to come back. I hope she sees this and continue the excellent work. You can't ask for a better Budtender in the Stratford area.
If I could leave zero!!! Just left. Zero helpful. Zero nice. To the point of being creepy. Will NOT be back. I will drive the extra couple of blocks for a friendly experience. Fire this guy
Didn't put through a transaction properly and wasn't able to access cannabis, which I use medically before 11pm, already had tried going to another pot shop. Have opened two pot shops, closed one, and worked in many... Terrible experiance, very untrained and not right.
I've had very mixed experiences here. When the female staff members are working, the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming; it's a big reason I choose to come here opposed to other stores.
However, my visits when Josh is working feel noticeably different. The interactions often come across as disengaged and somewhat dismissive, and the overall experience feels more transactional than customer-focused. The inconsistency in service depending on who is working is significant.
