| I've had very mixed experiences here. When the female staff members are working, the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming; it's a big reason I choose to come here opposed to other stores. However, my visits when Josh is working feel noticeably different. The interactions often come across as disengaged and somewhat dismissive, and the overall experience feels more transactional than customer-focused. The inconsistency in service depending on who is working is significant. | ||
