Been my go-to for over a year now and I always have great customer service from all of the staff. I like to try new things each visit and there's almost always something new to me. Great location overall
This has been my go to shop for the past 3 years, but my recent experience on April 21st was awful.
I stopped by in the evening and had to wait 5 or so minutes before I saw anyone that worked at the store. I had no issue waiting but they were in a rush to get me out of the store. I was trying to get 2 or 3 items but only left with 1. When it came time to pay he didn't ask if I had a membership. I had points I wanted to redeem.
I have had similar experiences in the past with the same employee. I will be avoiding the shop whenever he is working. Do better.
*Edit* I gave this place one more chance and regret it. I stopped by but the staff member was outside blowing cigarette smoke in your face as you approach the store. The moment I opened the door I heard him groan and swear under his breath. This is the WORST shop in the area. I will gladly spend my money anywhere else. Absolutely disgraceful shop.
Nice place nice people. I like that you can see the product not just names on a screen.
I can confirm the vibes here are not great, you may as well travel the extra 900m down the road to the oz store... you should probably be price matching to there anyways to save money. Prices are a bit steep.
