Best service. Very knowledgeable. Going to come back every visit to Ottawa
I go out of my way through traffic from QB just to come see these guys, and that should say a lot.
Every time I visit, the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to make sure you leave with the right product. They make the whole experience easy, welcoming, and professional.
On top of that, the quality of the bud has always been top tier. Fresh, well-selected, and consistent every time. It is rare to find a place that combines great service with great product, but these guys do it properly.
Honestly, the only downside is the traffic getting there — but once I am home, I'm usually too relaxed to stay mad about it.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality product and people who actually care about their customers.
This is the best shop I've been too in Canada !!!! I've had had this much selection of the best strands and growers . I wish I could give it 10 STARS . The Budtenders had to so much knowledge and made sure I got exactly what I needed each time I walk thru those doors . SECRET GARDEN 4 LIFE !!!! ❤️😀❤️😀🙏🏾🙏🏾
After reading through the comments I wasn't surprised to find another woman that felt like this place is just off. I did not like my experience, I was made to feel as if my questions were irritating and dumb. (I took the opportunity that I was alone in the store to ask if they had vape pods similar to the way Spinach does.) For a place called "secret garden" this place is anything but enchanting.
