| I go out of my way through traffic from QB just to come see these guys, and that should say a lot. Every time I visit, the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to make sure you leave with the right product. They make the whole experience easy, welcoming, and professional. On top of that, the quality of the bud has always been top tier. Fresh, well-selected, and consistent every time. It is rare to find a place that combines great service with great product, but these guys do it properly. Honestly, the only downside is the traffic getting there — but once I am home, I'm usually too relaxed to stay mad about it. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality product and people who actually care about their customers. | ||
