This place carries very little stock when it comes to the larger package sizes and basically carry little to no CBD options. When asked why they don't carry more ounces I was told "margins are better on 3.5s". The store is clean and not run down but the staff regularly seem intoxicated when serving me and I feel more like an inconvenience than a customer. I'd suggest going to other stores in the local area. Also other stores are much more willing and open to price matching. All high ties locations getting a price match is a hassle and the staff always seem mad that you are asking for it. Overall it's just never a great experience at this store (any of the east end locations) I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.
I had a really frustrating experience at High Ties and won't be returning.
We went in specifically to get a price match on an item listed for $28.99 at another store. The clerk refused, saying it wasn't the same product. Instead, they offered us a 10% discount off the full price, which we accepted at the time based on the information we were given.
After the purchase, we double-checked by calling the other store, and they confirmed it was the exact same item. When we tried to address this, we were told nothing could be done because we had already left the store with the product. No adjustment, no refund, just the 10% discount, which still had us paying around $35 plus tax instead of $28.99.
The issue isn't just the price, it's that we were given incorrect information, and once the sale was done, there was no effort to make it right. The whole experience felt misleading and poorly handled. I won't be shopping here again even though this use to be my favourite go to for weed

I keep getting Boxhot carts for my vape that are clearly not full or close too full, I had 4 like that now from this location. I went to the OZ store and try the same boxhot cart, it was full. I try buying again from you guys and the cart looks more empty then 1 day of smoking from it would look like...... how? honestly been buying from this location for years since I live in Blackburn but somthing is up.
