| I had a really frustrating experience at High Ties and won't be returning. We went in specifically to get a price match on an item listed for $28.99 at another store. The clerk refused, saying it wasn't the same product. Instead, they offered us a 10% discount off the full price, which we accepted at the time based on the information we were given. After the purchase, we double-checked by calling the other store, and they confirmed it was the exact same item. When we tried to address this, we were told nothing could be done because we had already left the store with the product. No adjustment, no refund, just the 10% discount, which still had us paying around $35 plus tax instead of $28.99. The issue isn't just the price, it's that we were given incorrect information, and once the sale was done, there was no effort to make it right. The whole experience felt misleading and poorly handled. I won't be shopping here again even though this use to be my favourite go to for weed | ||
