I was visiting from another province, and the delightful tall blonde who helped me was friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thanks for the great experience!
I've been coming to this store for years, and one of the main reasons I stayed loyal was the sense of familiarity and friendliness. Every time I walked in, I was greeted by the same welcoming faces. With great suggestions, ( usually something they knew I would enjoy, based on my previous visit) It genuinely felt like a small family. That is what set this store apart from the other cannabis shops in town.
Unfortunately, over the past few months, I have noticed a significant change. The familiar faces are gone, and the overall atmosphere feels completely different. After reading through other reviews, it is clear I am not the only one who feels this way.
I understand that businesses evolve and staffing changes happen, but the experience now feels disconnected. On multiple visits, it seemed like staff were more focused on talking amongst themselves than engaging with customers. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking it might just be an off day, but it has become a consistent experience.
What makes this more disappointing is that I have found the same products just minutes away at a lower price point, with noticeably friendlier service. Because of that, I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere for the time being.
I truly hope things can turn around, because this used to be my go to shop and I would love to see it return to the welcoming, customer focused place it once was.

Had a great experience here. The store is clean and organized. Avi was the one to help me out and she was super friendly and patiently answered all my questions (there were a lot!). She made helpful recommendations, and I'm happy with the stuff I got. Thank you Avi! I'll be coming back :)
Had an amazing experience here! I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but the associate (Avi) who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. They took the time to walk me through the options and helped me pick exactly what I needed. Their enthusiasm was infectious—it's rare to find that level of genuine service. I'll definitely be back!Kudos to the store.
One of my favourite spots to buy the goods! Love all the staff they really know their stuff! They're not going to sell you something just because of the price. Great vibes👌🏻
