| I've been coming to this store for years, and one of the main reasons I stayed loyal was the sense of familiarity and friendliness. Every time I walked in, I was greeted by the same welcoming faces. With great suggestions, ( usually something they knew I would enjoy, based on my previous visit) It genuinely felt like a small family. That is what set this store apart from the other cannabis shops in town. Unfortunately, over the past few months, I have noticed a significant change. The familiar faces are gone, and the overall atmosphere feels completely different. After reading through other reviews, it is clear I am not the only one who feels this way. I understand that businesses evolve and staffing changes happen, but the experience now feels disconnected. On multiple visits, it seemed like staff were more focused on talking amongst themselves than engaging with customers. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking it might just be an off day, but it has become a consistent experience. What makes this more disappointing is that I have found the same products just minutes away at a lower price point, with noticeably friendlier service. Because of that, I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere for the time being. I truly hope things can turn around, because this used to be my go to shop and I would love to see it return to the welcoming, customer focused place it once was. | I recently started shopping here after being a regular at another cannabis store up the road for years, and I can honestly say the difference is night and day. Thank you for coming into town and actually offering fair pricing instead of ripping people off. It's refreshing to see a shop that values its customers and doesn't overcharge for the same products you can get elsewhere. The staff here have also been amazing. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. It makes a huge difference when you feel like the people helping you actually know what they're talking about and want to help, not just make a sale. Because of that, I won't be going back to the other shop. I'll be shopping here from now on. Really appreciate what you're doing. That guy with the glasses really knows what he's talking about too. Always a great recommendation even with all the options | ||
