Great prices and amazing staff in all locations, but the selection for sativas is getting worse and worse. The corporation needs to re-evaluate or come to the actual store and see what needs to be ordered. Too bad this is happening for a few weeks now and no changes at any location.
Placed an order for pick up specifically to this location. Came to pick up 1.5 hours later and they did not have my order. I showed them my account with the order on the site, the confirmation email, and the charge on my credit card app. They insisted that I must have made a mistake and sent to the wrong location. They have two stores on rathburn, so, I specifically checked I was sending it to the kingsbury location. Budtender was dismissive "there is nothing I can do". I have a membership here. Any other shop I've been to would have just given me the product that I HAD A RECIEPT AND PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR. Also, my order was $150. Check our my order confirmation, attached. OVER $14K?!? Corporate is using a crap ecom front end and leaving their budtenders to deal with angry customers.
