Been going here for a bit over a year now ever since I moved back to Ontario from BC, all of the Budtenders are super nice and cool.
Big shout out to Alex and Tyler and everyone else know's name I havent remembered yet, yall are real g's
Zero parking available. Was attended to by what I assume was a minor who was definitely high as can be. Also the quarter I bought weighed out to be 4 grams. So much for government regulating and not really hard to meet best price guarantees when you're shorting your customers
I bought a 3.5g pack of dried flower and it weighed to less than a gram. I went back and the two employees that greeted me were intent on helping me solve my problem. They went to make sure that it was okay for them to exchange my flower for what I paid for, even though Its 'standard procedure' to send the customer to the supplier for those issues for some backwards reason, I know this store has made exceptions. Once the manager came out the other two helpful employees left and she then gave me the "Yeaaaaaa sorryyy, theres nothing we can do" talk and verbally chased me out.
Regardless of any rule or circumstance me not getting what I paid for and only being helped by employees that don't have strong ties to this company is why I'm leaving this review.
my fav weed store in town. the staff is always super nice and they have good product selection. super convenient location, too. i do recommend
Staff here are supper friendly, products are at reasonable to downright dirt cheap prices while still remaining a respectable quality. High variety of different kinds of flower in whatever format you like.your Cannabis. Highly recommend the Canna Cabana, thanks to everyone who has served along the way already and here's to rolling with more times ahead!
