| I bought a 3.5g pack of dried flower and it weighed to less than a gram. I went back and the two employees that greeted me were intent on helping me solve my problem. They went to make sure that it was okay for them to exchange my flower for what I paid for, even though Its 'standard procedure' to send the customer to the supplier for those issues for some backwards reason, I know this store has made exceptions. Once the manager came out the other two helpful employees left and she then gave me the "Yeaaaaaa sorryyy, theres nothing we can do" talk and verbally chased me out. Regardless of any rule or circumstance me not getting what I paid for and only being helped by employees that don't have strong ties to this company is why I'm leaving this review. | ||
