CORRECTION. I spoke with manager who just called me and he's figured out a solution to my defective Northern Canna Aio vape that I failed to keep the package for. Great service. I'm now erasing my negative review and leaving the best one I can. They now have a customer for life.
Made an order online. Unorganized, order not ready when picked up the next day. Different pricing then advertised online for one of the products. Construction- would not have ordered as pick up is a nightmare trying to find parking close enough.
The best stores in Kingston love all the staff but my FAVORITE person is Amber, she's sweet, kind and all around lovely lady.

- no BS (like the dispensary I used to go to) like having staff "spend hours every week to make sure they have the lowest prices" just to only have price matching in store (not for deliveries), and higher prices than the competition - which are brushed off and ignored when brought to their attention. It would only be logical for a dispensary that claims to spend labor hours to have the lowest prices in the city, to be grateful when customers reach out and let them know that they aren't the cheapest, doing their work for them. Instead they alienate long time customers and force them to go to the competition 🤷
Initially I switched to 710 because of a better selection of vape carts, but now I get everything there (flower as well) because of their great prices! At 710 you can just relax because prices actually are the cheapest!
Great staff who actually know their stuff. I typically order or make a pick up order from this location. I love how it looks more open than typical dispensaries do. Gives it a more welcome vibe.
