| no longer the cheapest unfortunately, gone are the days when they'd "dedicate hours a week to ensure [their] prices are the best" despite that statement still being on the website, and no price matching for deliveries alienates a portion of the customer base. I've also reached out about competitors beating Calyx as far back as April 2025, and their prices still aren't competitive 10 months later. Seems to me the old way would have involved going into the system and lowering prices after price matching, because they wanted to be the cheapest in the first place no? This is comparing to other stores that also include the tax... I figured the review would just be written off and brushed aside 😆. I've noticed lots of convenient communication struggles... Again calyx hasn't been competitive for 10 months now regardless of the owner's response, only voted 3rd best by Kingston Community Votes 🤷 In the past they *did* have competitive prices and it did appear they "devoted hours every week" to do just that. Again slowly over the years they stopped, I noted it at least as far back as 10 months ago. Seems like the top rated stores on Kingston Community Votes (aka most popular in town) are being ignored when staff is (still apparently) spending hours every week making sure they have the lowest prices... Or are severely struggling navigating the market, failing to understand that they are not the only store that includes taxes in their prices. Again if they had staff active .. | ||

| - Cheapest prices in town - Great selection - Convenient locations - Definitely earned most popular dispensary in Kingston - no BS (like the dispensary I used to go to) like having staff "spend hours every week to make sure they have the lowest prices" just to only have price matching in store (not for deliveries), and higher prices than the competition - which are brushed off and ignored when brought to their attention. It would only be logical for a dispensary that claims to spend labor hours to have the lowest prices in the city, to be grateful when customers reach out and let them know that they aren't the cheapest, doing their work for them. Instead they alienate long time customers and force them to go to the competition 🤷 Initially I switched to 710 because of a better selection of vape carts, but now I get everything there (flower as well) because of their great prices! At 710 you can just relax because prices actually are the cheapest! | ||
