His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience comfortable.It's rare to find such attentive customer service, and Aaryan truly went above and beyond.
I visited the downtown location today to purchase THC drinks, which I regularly buy at other stores without issue. I was told I could not purchase them unless I became an "Elite member," which was confusing and honestly made the experience uncomfortable.
I understand stores have membership programs, but the way it was communicated made it feel mandatory and unwelcoming… I'll be taking my bussiness elsewhere… value buds and plant life I can get the drinks I want without a membership.
