| I visited the downtown location today to purchase THC drinks, which I regularly buy at other stores without issue. I was told I could not purchase them unless I became an "Elite member," which was confusing and honestly made the experience uncomfortable. I understand stores have membership programs, but the way it was communicated made it feel mandatory and unwelcoming… I'll be taking my bussiness elsewhere… value buds and plant life I can get the drinks I want without a membership. | ||

| Absolutely amazing experience at Plantlife today! After a frustrating stop elsewhere, the team here was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me find exactly the drinks I was looking for and even applied a coupon I didn't know about …which was such a sweet surprise. I truly felt treated like family. This is how customer service should be. I will definitely be back! | ||
