Great layout, everything is easy to browse & price for yourself - lots of info & listed sales - tall quiet guy with brown hair helped me and was very polite. Will come back when I'm in area
Terrible customer service, I bought a bong 3 days ago and went to clean it then the spout broke clean off without me even doing anything so I went back and asked if they could do an exchange and I was met with disrespect and blame, they basically told me that they will do it the one time but if I break it again that's not their problem and I get that but how is it my problem when the distribution they're buying from isn't good quality. If you're selling it and it breaks then that falls on you. We called the boss to explain we didn't like the service we were met with and he said "well this is bullshit and if you break this bong I will not be giving you a new one". This could've been handled so differently but I was embarrassed, uncomfortable and rushed into getting a replacement of something much smaller and not even want I wanted cause they said "just pick one"and rolled their eyes at me, do not recommend coming here ever honestly. Disgusting service.
Got a good selection. Bought pink goo by Pistol in Parris. Seal was off, weed looked very very different from other packs of pink goo. Leafy buds in this one, normal pink goo is dense sticky. Complete opposite of what I recieved. Anyone who knows the brand knows it's not a cheaper bud. Wasn't impressed. Definitely different weed in container, wasn't able to do anything for me. Horrible manager as others have noted. Go to Tokyo or Sessions - which BOTH offer better service and also price match so it's cheaper. Tokyo also delivers!
If you have an issue at YBH they'll avoid responsibility while completely failing to de-escalate any issues.
As others have noted, there is a difference in how people are treated based on outward appearance - something to consider. The owner is straight up an issue. Think about all the places that have reviews on Google - people don't just go around accusing places of being discriminatory. That's not a thing.
Thanks for pushing me elsewhere, YBH green. You could have easily rectified my issue but chose not to - and I choose to no longer support your store. In a business with such a little profit margin, you'd think you'd be careful about providing good service to keep what little is received.

People working don't know what there doing , ordered pink diesel by San Rafael she gave me other kind by San Rafael had to drive all the back , nothing offered for the inconvenience stay away from this store ,looks like a front anyways
